Fairways & Bluewater Mulligan's Golf Hotel

The Mulligan's Golf Hotel Suites, located a stone's throw away from the Fairways & Bluewater Resort Golf & Country Club, may be enjoyed through lease, entitling families to free accommodations in a Golf Hotel suite for one entire week within a chosen season for 25 years, with absolutely no maintenance dues! There are three seasons to choose from -- the Sunshine Weeks, consisting of the months of March, April and May; the Festival Weeks for the months of October, November, December, January and February; and the Adventure Weeks that include the months of June, July, August and September.

One may also assign his accommodation benefits or transfer his lease rights to anyone at any time he wishes to. Most significantly, he may sub-lease his accomodation benefit(s) to the Golf Hotel management thus gaining some income.

Best of all, from the beginning of his lease period, he, as a Golf Hotel guest, may be given the chance to play golf at the only golf course in Boracay Island--the exclusive Fairways & bluewater golf course--provided he pays for the required fees and is sponsored by a Club member ... The Mulligan's Golf Hotel buildings are also lined just alongside the Pirate's Den Clubhouse, so that golfers may easily access its amenities.

Summary of Basic Features:

· One-week stay in Golf Hotel suite per year within a chosen season for the next 25 years. Lease period or usage of the Golf Hotel suite(s) will commence upon unit availability or turnover projected to be within two (2) years from the date of the finalization of the Lease Agreement.
· Lessee may assign one-week stay in the Golf Hotel to any of family members, relatives, friends, acquaintances, and associates or to anyone.
· Lessee may sub-lease his/her one-week stay in the Golf Hotel, giving revenue opportunities on sub-leased week(s).
· The one-week accommodation may divide into 4 day and 3-day usage anytime within the month.
· Lessee may choose the specific week in the month for his/her one-week accommodation. A 90-day notice to the hotel operator is all that needs to be done.
· Hotel operator will assign the Hotel Suite and Golf Hotel building upon confirmation of accommodation.
· Hotel Suite may accommodate a maximum of four persons.
· Usage of Hotel Suite will commence upon unit availability or turnover
· Lessee benefits may be willed to their heir.
· No holding period. Lessee may further assign lease rights at any time wished.
· Lessee will not be charged maintenance due.
· Trustee bank to issue a document confirming money bank guarantee at the end of lease
· Any group of four persons (max.) may enter into one lease agreement with one to be the group's representative as required by the hotel operator.
· The one-week accommodation will not be cumulative.
· As a Golf Hotel guest, you will be given access to the golf course, pay green fees apart from cart rent and caddie fees.
